No matter how committed we are in our younger years to being healthy in body, mind and spirit, the aging process can be disillusioning.
But let’s “DIS” (verb–to show disrespect for; affront) that “ILLUSION” (noun-something that deceives by producing a false or misleading impression of reality) and look at some ways we can celebrate these awesome years.
